He also frequently advises MNC clients on a variety of legal matters in China, including corporate, IP and dispute resolutions. He is a senior partner of the firm and also Chair of Zhong Lun Research Institute, and an adjunct professor of East China University of Political Science and Law. His practice experience spans healthcare and biotech, manufacturing, new energy vehicles, media and entertainment, logistics and other industries. His representative cases and clients include multinational corporations, Fortune 500 and other large companies, such as Goldman Sachs, Bausch Health, CITIC, Driscoll’s, JP Morgan, Lincoln Electric, etc. Dr. Gong has advised clients on asset tracing and recovery, and he is the only member of IFG from China.
