Luke is a Partner whose practice focuses on banking and finance, capital markets and corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on advising financial institutions and other regulated entities. Called to the Jamaican Bar in 2020, he regularly advises domestic and international clients on sophisticated financing arrangements, high-value corporate acquisitions, restructurings and complex commercial transactions. He has also developed significant experience acting for banks, multilateral institutions and other lenders in relation to project finance and cross-border financing arrangements. Luke holds a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and an LLM with Distinction from University College London. He combines strong academic credentials with a practical and commercially focused approach and is recognised for providing strategic, solution-oriented advice on complex, market-leading transactions.
