Mike is a Director of Primerio and co-Founder of its South African practice. His practice principally focuses on contentious regulatory law, cross-border litigation and complex arbitrations across Africa and has advised on some of the largest and most complex civil litigation and white-collar crime related cases in South Africa. Mike has and currently serves on several international committees including chairing the International Bar Associations’ Non-Trial Resolution Committee for the Anti-Corruption Committee; previously served as the regional representative for Africa for the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee; and is an Advisory Board member to the IBA’s African Regional Forum. Mike has consistently been recognised by several international publications such as Chambers, Who's Who Legal and Best Lawyers as a leading lawyer and thought leader in his field.
