Mykola has extensive experience in all types of corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, IPOs, securities, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance. Mykola also advises major international corporations on their market entry and employment matters in Ukraine. Mykola is one of the lead authors of modern corporate law in Ukraine, having drafted provisions on shareholder agreements, securities regulation, corporations and LLCs, corporate governance, as well as squeeze-out and sell-out mechanisms. Mykola currently serves as President of the Ukrainian Bar Association and is also a member of the Executive Committee of the US-Ukraine Business Council.
