Nadia acts for clients in disputes involving shareholder rights and directors’ duties, urgent injunctive relief, the registration and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and offshore trusts and estates matters. She advises clients on anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance issues.
