Tim Prudhoe is admitted to the Bar of Belize, as well as much of the rest of the common law jurisdictions in the Caribbean region. He is also a licensed Insolvency Practitioner (Turks and Caicos Islands) and an INSOL Fellow. His original training was at the Bar in England and Wales and he holds an LLB and LLM from England. He co-founded the pan-Caribbean law firm Stanbrook Prudhoe. In addition to an office in Georgetown, Guyana, the firm has offices in the Cayman Islands and the Turks and Caicos Islands. His involvement in disputes and insolvency work also includes the English courts, up to and including the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
