Nir Dash co-heads Herzog’s Corporate and Securities Department and leads the firm’s Capital Markets practice. He is a trusted adviser to issuers, underwriters, public companies, financial institutions and governmental companies on capital markets, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and public-company transactions. Nir is regularly involved in some of Israel’s most significant public offerings and corporate transactions, with extensive experience in IPOs, local and international offerings, high-yield debt offerings, ongoing public-company reporting and compliance matters, and complex domestic and cross-border M&A. He also has particular experience in TASE international offerings, Nasdaq and NYSE IPOs by Israeli companies, and special committee representation in public transactions. Nir previously worked as a foreign associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins in New York, where his practice focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
