Oliver Clifton is a partner in Walkers’ insolvency and dispute resolution team in the British Virgin Islands. His practice focuses on complex cross‑border disputes, with particular strength in fraud and asset tracing matters involving high‑value assets, urgent injunctions and disclosure orders. He regularly advises on obtaining relief from the BVI courts in support of foreign court and arbitration proceedings and is a frequent advocate before the BVI Commercial Court, the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and the Privy Council.
