He works on complex, multijurisdictional disputes, with a particular focus on fraud and asset tracing, insolvency litigation and claims brought by office holders. His experience includes shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of directors’ duties claims and disputes involving cryptocurrency assets. Tim has over nine years’ experience working offshore, both in the Cayman Islands and from London. Before joining Walkers, he practised at another leading offshore firm and trained and qualified in the dispute resolution group at Freshfields. His broader practice includes contentious restructuring matters and cross‑border litigation requiring coordinated advice across multiple jurisdictions.
