His practice also encompasses global foreign direct investment filings and strategic counselling under the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation. Oliver regularly represents major private equity firms and multinational strategic companies in complex transactions spanning a range of sectors, including energy, pharmaceuticals and data infrastructure. Before joining the firm, he gained firsthand insight into enforcement practice at the European Commission.
