Thomas is an associate in the Brussels office and a member of the Antitrust team. He advises clients on all branches of competition law, including EU, French and multijurisdictional merger control, foreign investment filings and on the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation. Thomas also has experience in supranational and national antitrust matters. Thomas acts for private equity firms and multinational corporations active in a wide range of sectors, including technology, transport, energy and heavy industries. He also gained experience at one of the European Commission’s units specialised in merger control.
