Peter advises on all individual and collective employment law issues, in particular on the employment law aspects of company acquisitions, IPOs, restructurings and executive matters. His clients benefit from his extensive experience in complex transactions, restructurings and transformation situations. He advises on exit scenarios, executive and board room matters as well as negotiations with employee representatives. Peter is characterised by a high level of entrepreneurial thinking and thus offers his clients genuine added value from day one. A particular focus of his work is benefits and pensions, in which he advises on the design, implementation and modification of benefits and pension schemes as well as concepts for carve-outs and de-risking of pension obligations.
