Pierre L. Yanogo is a partner and is in charge of SCP Yanogo Bobson’s labor and litigation departments. Over more than 20 years, he has acquired solid experience in carrying out tax and legal advice and defense mandates for institutional clients and large national and international companies. He has extensive practical experience in national and sub-regional laws regarding environment law, employment law and business law. He is a graduate of the law faculty of the University of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, received his DESS (Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Spécialisées) in business law from the same university and trained in private international law at the International Academy of Law in The Hague in the Netherlands.
