Rachel Nightingale is a partner in the Corporate, Finance, Funds & Insurance Group based in Walkers’ Bermuda office. Rachel has significant experience in advising clients on Bermuda’s digital asset business legal and regulatory framework, offering of digital assets in Bermuda, fintech banking licences and capital raising. Rachel advises a wide range of fintech clients throughout their life cycle; from leading financial institutions and industry leaders to start-up businesses.
