Rasmus Schmidt is a partner at Bech-Bruun and an expert in conducting commercial and arbitration proceedings on contracts, damages, liability, real estate and M&A transactions. He represents insurance companies, general housing organisations, state-owned corporations, public authorities, banks, pension providers, foreign enterprises and trade organisations, as well as large and medium-sized enterprises. Rasmus conducts cases before the Danish courts and arbitration proceedings before the Danish Institute of Arbitration and ad hoc proceedings. He holds membership of the Danish Arbitration Association and Young Arbitrators Copenhagen and has also been a lecturer at the University of Copenhagen. Rasmus also acts as an arbitrator.
