She has extensive experience in advising foreign investors in foreign direct investment (FDI) control proceedings in Austria. She focuses on: FDI control; foreign trade law, in particular export control and EU sanctions; healthcare and life sciences; advice on public law in connection with due diligences and the market entry in Austria; and legal compliance. Regina has authored numerous publications on the Austrian investment control regime, including a commentary on the ICA and the Survival Guide Austrian Investment Control, which she published together with Johannes Barbist.
