Rogério Fernandes Ferreira is the founder and managing partner of RFF Lawyers, a Portuguese full-service tax and business law firm. He is Professor of Tax Litigation and International Taxation at the University of Lisbon (IDEFF) and at the Catholic University of Portugal (PAFISC), President of the Portuguese branches of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and of the Instituto Latinoamericano de Derecho Tributario (ILADT), and a former Secretary of State for Fiscal Affairs. Recently, he has been invited by the Government of Portugal (Ministry of Finance) to chair the tax reform on litigation matters.
