Ms. Farabow is the chair of Seyfarth’s International Dispute Resolution Group and former national co-chair of the Construction Practice Group. Her practice is devoted to counseling clients on international arbitration and other cross-border dispute resolution proceedings, as well as complex domestic and international development projects, contract administration, claims, insurance (including owner-controlled insurance programs (OCIP)/contractor-controlled insurance programs (CCIP)), cross-border transactions, risk management, and project finance. For more than 30 years, Ms. Farabow has been serving as construction counsel for real estate developers, facility owners, EPC contractors, government contracting firms and general contractors. She is recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as a leading lawyer in construction (2012–2025), Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White Inc.) for Construction Law (2021–2025) and by The Legal 500 (Legalese Ltd.) as a recommended attorney in construction (2016–2025).
