Shin Setoyama is a senior associate at Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba. He has a variety of experience in litigation and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions and white-collar investigation matters. He also regularly advises domestic and international companies on general corporate matters relating to Japanese law. Mr. Setoyama was admitted to Japanese bar in December 2016. He obtained his LLM in 2024 from Columbia Law School. He was a visiting foreign lawyer in the London office of WilmerHale from 2024 to 2025.
