Simon leads Freeths’ Intellectual Property and Media team. He is a graduate of Chemistry (University of London) and a solicitor of England and Wales, with over 23 years’ experience in the management, protection, and enforcement of clients’ intellectual property rights. Devising and implementing anti-counterfeit strategies and processes are an integral part of the Freeths team offering.
