Teodora Burduja is an Attorney-at-Law in Schoenherr Romania’s Competition, EU and Foreign Trade practice group, advising multinational and local companies on FDI screening, merger control and general competition matters. She joined Schoenherr in 2023 and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. Teodora holds an LLM in Business Law from the University of Bucharest (2025), an LLB from the University of Bucharest Faculty of Law (2023), and a BBA from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of Business Administration in French (2022).
