Tyron Willey is a Senior Associate in the Competition and Antitrust practice area with close to a decade of experience advising on a wide variety of competition law matters, both in South Africa, as well as more broadly across the African continent and beyond. Tyron advises clients on merger regulation matters across the breadth of operational African antitrust regimes, whilst also having extensive experience in assisting clients with prohibited practice-related matters before the competition authorities of South Africa. Tyron’s experience includes several years of exposure gained at leading law firms in London. He aims to deliver commercially orientated advice that meets the needs of clients as they navigate the rapidly developing environment of African antitrust law. Tyron is a contributing editor of the Butterworths Competition Law Reports.
