Valerie Kawangu Chiyombwe is the founder of Valerie and Partners, which was established in April 2021. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Zambia, with over a decade of post-qualification experience in the legal profession. Valerie is highly skilled in business and commercial agreements, procurement and construction contracts, debt management, data governance, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, legal writing and case analysis, property transactions, research, and legal advisory. She is a seasoned practitioner with an enormous range of knowledge in diverse areas of law. Valerie is an ADR Practitioner specialising in arbitration and mediation, is a Fellow of the CIArb (UK) and holds a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Zambia, and a Certificate in Case Analysis and Legal Writing from the General Council of the Bar of South Africa.
