Zaynab Al Nasser is an Associate in the Divorce and Family Law Team at Turcan Connell. She has practised exclusively in the area of family law since 2014, advising on a range of areas including financial provision and child related matters. She has experience in dealing with complex, high net worth cases, including those with an international element such as competing jurisdictional claims and foreign assets. She advises clients in relation to asset protection, including pre and post nuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation agreements for unmarried couples. Zaynab is regularly instructed in relation to disputes involving children, including contact, residence and relocation. She is a member of the Scottish Family Law Association and a Lay Advisor to the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
