Plexus Law transferred back to founder buyout group

Plexus Law, the defendant insurance arm of the Alternative Business Structure group Parabis, has been transferred back with its 900 staff to founder Andrew McDougall and colleagues.

The buyout team includes Andrew McDougall (who becomes chief executive), Nick Addyman (consumer director) and Tim Roberts (commercial director). The deal was completed on Tuesday - a swift conclusion after Parabis went into administration on Monday. 

Moving fast
