ABA joins forces with Rocket Lawyer to help small business

The ABA has teamed up with the online document company to offer assistance to small businesses which cannot afford lawyers.

The ABA asked Souktel to build a service offering remote legal support and uses funds from international donors to pay the company Oleksiy Mark

The two organisations are setting up a pilot project to test new ways of expanding legal services for those who need a lawyer but are not being served, either through affordability or ease of access. Rocket Lawyer founder and CEO Charley Moore said that video and mobile technologies would be part of the solution. The pilot programme will connect with the ABA's network of practicing lawyers to prospective clients through Rocket Lawyer's cloud-based platform.
