Africa's largest law firm spreads to Uganda

ENSafrica is on the expansion trail as it seeks coverage across the continent.

ENSafrica will complete its Mauritius expansion by mid-December Oleg Znamenskiy

ENSafrica is to integrate fully its Mauritius office on 13 December and plans to open formally a Uganda office in 2014.The practice is 'in various stages of discussions or talks in a number of other countries in Africa', according to CE Piet Faber who speaks on behalf of the firm. The organisation has 550 lawyers within its network in Africa. Mr Faber said: 'You don’t have to go to overseas firms for big projects anymore….African firms must position themselves so they can advise investors, which is why it is critical African firms develop expertise on ground.'
