Arizona lawyers collect client evidence through Google Glass

A pilot scheme, called Glass Action, has been running this year. Clients are given a set of the glasses on loan. For instance, one client who was a double amputee, was able to share the challenges within his daily life to the lawyers acting for him. He can stream out his life in video and he can also exchange documents and make other computer commands by blinking an eye or using his voice.

Personal injury lawyer James Goodnow said: ‘It's the experience of the client unfiltered. Jurors will now be able to see the nuances of a victims daily challenges firsthand.’ Source: Consumer Electronics Net
