Ceclia Abadie was found not guilty after wearing the 'computer-in-the-eyeglass' as the San Diego Country Traffic Court Commissioner John Blair said that the necessary level of proof did not exist to show that the device was operating as she drove.But Vivek Wadha, a fellow in Stanford Law School, predicting a stream of cases on driverless cars and other devices, says: 'The fun is just starting'. He asks who would be responsible if a driverless car had an accident - the passenger, manufacturer or software manufacturer? Three states - Delaware, New Jersey and West Virginia - have already introduced bills which would ban the Google Glass devices for drivers. Source: The Times of India
