A leading lawyer at the Pentagon, Jeh C Johnson is to take over from Janet Napolitano as the secretary of homeland security. Among his top priorities will be filling the 40 per cent of senior leadership positions at the Homeland Security Department which are now empty, he said. The TSB Bank has appointed Susan Crichton to act as GC. She joins in January and will prepare the bank for its planned IPO (initial public offering). She has previously worked at GE Money and Skandia and has 20 years of experience as an in-house lawyer, mainly in the financial services sector. Jefferson Howeth has been appointed as general counsel and senior vice president by real estate title insurance underwriter North American Title Group. Stephen Yu is joining New York stock exchange-listed Infoblox as GC. As well as managing legal affairs, he will be in charge of the company's IP portfolio, its public policy and corporate citizenship. He will also oversee government affairs.
