Acadia Realty Trust has appointed Jason Blacksberg as its general counsel. He had earlier worked for The Trump Organisation in New York, and started his career at Davis Polk & Wardwell CristinaMuraca

The New York Racing Association has hired Joseph Lambert as its new general counsel. Mr Lambert joins to NYRA from Unitedlex Corp where he has served as executive managing director and general counsel. He had been earlier served as global general counsel for DeLoitte. NYRA  fired its general counsel Patrick Kehoe in 2012 and replaced him with Ken Handal whose contract was not renewed.

Swiss engineering and manufacturing company Conzzeta has promoted its general counsel Barbara Senn onto the group executive board. Ms Senn, who joined the company in 2010, was previously a member of the extended group executive board. Prior to joining Conzzeta, she was corporate legal counsel for the Georg Fischer and Rieter groups. Ms Senn studied law at the University of Zurich and was admitted to the bar in 1995.

Aflac has promoted Audrey Boone Tillman to general counsel. Ms Tillman, who is currently executive vice president of corporate services,  joined the company in 1996. She  has worked ina  variety of roles from vice president and senior associate counsel to senior vice president and director of human resources.
