US-based semiconductor supplier Semtech Corporation has appointed Charles Ammann as its  executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary. Mr Ammann replaces Randall Holliday who is retiring.  Before Semtech, Ammann served as GC and secretary of United Online. Source: MENA Financial Network
