The firm has hired John Strange as Director of Pricing and Project Management across the firm. Mr Strange, who was previously director of pricing at Vinson & Elkins, will be responsible for the development, coordination and execution of the firm’s pricing strategies. Amongst his tasks will be coordinating pricing strategies, including analyzing client requirements and creating innovative pricing models. He will also develop best practices for the evaluation and negotiation of alternative fee and value-based billing arrangements and develop high level project/matter planning and budgeting techniques to help scope, price and staff matters.
