Bakers takes top place for London LGBT

The London office of Baker & McKenzie has won top place among law firms in the latest Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Trans-Gender rankings in the UK , putting it in sixth position for all employers.

Baker & McKenzie has topped the law firm diversity ratings Rawpixel

Putting the firms in the context of the all-business ranking, Bakers comes 6th, followed by Freshfields and Pinsent Masons (equal 9th), and Herbert Smith (equal 22nd, alongside BP), CMS Cameron McKenna (equal 40th with the Norfolk Constabulary and the Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust), Hogan Lovells (equal 48th with B3 Living). Eversheds is 67th, Cleary Gottlieb is 72nd, Norton Rose Fulbright is 75th. K&L Gates is 88th.

Transformation at Simmons

The legal sector, with 11 mentions, comes 2nd behind local government (15), tying with housing. Simmons & Simmons is described as an organisation planning transformative goals.
