At the moment Portuguese lawyers are allowed to work in Brazil. Marinho Pinto, president of the Bar Association, wants to see this arrangement extended to Angola and Mozambique. Macao Hub reports an interview that Mr Pinto has just given with the Lisbon-based paper Diário Económico in which he calls for 'barriers to be brought down' and suggests the establishment of a 'single rule for Portuguese-speaking lawyers to be able to work in any country with the same language'.
