Houston-based litigation firm Beck Redden LLP has lost one of its top partners and four associates. Murray Fogler has left to set up a new litigation law firm specialising in malpractice cases. He will be joined by the four Beck Redden lawyers, Jas Brar, Robert Ford, Robin O'Neil and Michelle Gray as partners in the firm Fogler Brar Ford O'Neil & Gray LLP. Mr Fogler most recently represented Baker Botts in a $40 million legal malpractice lawsuit.
