An eight-lawyer group under white collar defence partner Mike Levy is going to Paul Hastings, some are joining Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Richard Fries, head of real estate at Bingham, is on his way to Sidley Austin. Bingham revealed a drop in revenue of 12.6 per cent in its 2013 results. A Bingham spokesperson told the news agency that the firm had expected an increase in partner attrition in 2014 'because of forward-looking busienss decisions we made and because of a challenging 2013.'  Source: Reuters
