Sources have told Reuters that the 123-year old practice has spoken to Chicago-based Winston & Strawn, Philadelphia-based Morgan Lewis & Bockius as well as O’Melveny & Myers and Morrison & Foerster. The firm is said to be seeking a merger partner after demand for its services has diminished among corporates.
