Selachi, the London law firm, says it has collected together 400 potential plaintiffs and that it expects to begin legal action soon over the collapse of Mt Gox and the theft of US$470m worth of bit coins from it. The US Department of Justice has issued subpoenas to try to find out what happened with the Tokyo-based Mt Gox.
