BLP has announced a new office in Manchester Shahid Ali Khan

This development forms a key part of BLP’s innovative new Integrated Client Service Model (ICSM), launched in March 2014 and follows Lawyers On Demand’s (LOD) recent plans to build the LOD talent pool and client base in the North West.  Alongside BLP’s established range of international legal services, clients are now able to choose from a flexible menu of delivery options. The ICSM comprises four elements; a Legal Process Improvement (LPI) service; virtual transaction teams – a development of the LOD business; the use of third party providers and the new Manchester offering. The legal services delivery team in Manchester will help support BLP in delivering integrated services to clients.

Training

The opening has been preceded by an intensive three week training program. Manchester was selected as the site for BLP’s new venture as the city is the largest legal market outside of London and is one of Europe’s leading shared service hubs, creating a highly developed industry infrastructure. Our premises provides flexible space for future growth. Neville Eisenberg, Managing Partner, BLP, said: ‘We have had a tremendous response from clients on the ICSM and opening in Manchester is an important component of that.’
