The telecoms company currently uses US company United Lex which handles its commercial contracting and anti-trust work. The deal was signed in 2010 and covers BT's UK, US, India, Singapore and Hong Kong offices. The review is said to have begun in the last few months and the company is looking at a range of LPO suppliers.
