The report, ‘Futures: Transforming the Delivery of Legal Services in Canada’ was unveiled by the Association’s president Fred Headon. He also chaired the committee which produced the report. He said: ‘What lawyers do is as crucial as ever, but how we do it needs to be updated and quickly.’ If it moves this way, Canada will be following the example of England and Wales.
