CC takes DC structured finance team from Bingham

Five lawyers, including two partners, have left Bingham McCutchen in Washington DC to join Clifford Chance.

Partner Robert Gross is joining the Clifford Chance corporate practice as he specialises in advising banks, hedge funds, issuers and others on financings. William Cejudo joins the tax practice. He specialises on the tax side of structure finance transactions.
