China gives overhaul to legal environment of private sector

The Supreme People's Court of China has announced a new regime in which private businesses will have clearer rights and courts will make distinctions between crime and administrative error.

The court has issued a document explaining the new regime it is creating. An aim is to protect the legitimate rights of private businesses and to help solve the 'inevitable disputes' that arise in the private sector. 

Distinguish crimes and non-crimes

The authorities of law are also asked to 'strictly distinguish crimes and non-crimes, crimes and administrative violations, and crimes and civil and commercial disputes'. Source: WantChinaTimes
