Jun He is being sued for compensation of £15m after it, allegedly, defamed Jingtian & Gongcheng and Commerce & Finance. The latter two firms have been sued by eleven multinationals, including Credit Suisse Securities, for alleged negligence and breach of duty. The two firms have traced the problem back to a legal opinion given by a partner in Jun He and, specifically, to one of its partners whom they claim was not qualified to give opinions in China.
