John Elliott, Clayton Utz's former head of M&A is joining Norton Rose Fulbright and David Stammers, former head of private equity, is joining Ashurst.

The third partner is Keith O'Sullivan who is a senior energy and resources specialist based in Perth. Robert Cutler, chief executive partner of Clayton Utz, said the firm was going through a structural change and 'critically assessing various parts of the firm.' Source: Lawyers Weekly
