The magazine reports that Palo Alto-based Cooley has signed up all the Edwards Wildman partners in London who are not part of the merger that was unveiled over the weekend of Edwards Wildman with Locke Lord. The 800-lawyer Cooley is also still talking to other firms. Cooley confirmed eleven months ago that it was planning to open up in the UK capital.
