Cooley readies London launch with Edwards Wildman partners
San Francisco high tech-specialist firm Cooley is about to sign a deal with most of the London partners of Edwards Widman in preparation for launching its first office in Europe.

The 800-lawyer firm already has 11 offices in the US and China and has been planning a London leg for several months. The ‘vast majority’ of Edwards Wildman Palmer partners are about to sign up, according to Legal Week.
