The new high in relationships sees 40 per cent of corporate counsel recommending their primary law firm to a peer, up from 31 per cent in 2013. Corporate counsel have become better at articulating their expectations of law firms and working harder to make sure their law firm gets the message, with law firms responding by stepping up to the plate. The net result is that law firms are enjoying quantum leaps in performance - from 6-11 per cent higher growth - and earning more business than ever. Source: BTI Consulting
