According to BTI, which has researched spending from March to September this year, larger companies with $1 billion or more in revenue 'are on track to move anouther $1.1 billion in legal spending in-house.' This is on top of $5.8 billion moved in-house in 2013. The company also revealed that 58 per cent of general counsel surveyed said their companies were providing greater resources in-house.
